Paul recently completed a specialist damp survey on a property we are buying. From the very first conversation and throughout the entire process, he was totally professional, extremely informative and very approachable. I had the results of the survey sent to me the same day, which were very comprehensive and put to rest any doubts we may have had. Paul advised on the survey that would best suit our needs without being excessively costly, a very refreshing and much appreciated approach! Paul identified areas of damp as well as other issues. He clearly explained what was causing the damp, provided a diagram and what remedial work was required. I felt confident that Paul had provided a good service and he said he would be available to give further advice to contractors.
