*Avoid* Absolute cowboys! Took my car for MOT there, they found loads of things wrong, considering the last MOT there was nothing wrong! They were supposed to ring to let me know when MOT was done, they didn't, so went at the end of the day. Then when fixing the car they didn't ring to say when it was done again and also found another fault when fixing it, but didn't ring to say, so they could fix it there and then. So couldn't get my car back and had to booked in again. Said it's 50 an hour but neglected to say that's without VAT! Was supplied parts but decided to use their own and charged me! Also stole a tool part from my boot that came with my car! Total Charlatans!!

Great first experience with Pembroke Road garage. I couldn't get an appointment with my regular garage so tried this one as it was recommended and close to work. They fixed the problem within 24hr and were reasonably priced. Friendly service at every point, couldn't have asked for anything more.

First ever MOT and had no issue with this garage, dropped off in morning and finished work on evening. Prices were not extortionate for repairs, got tires replaced and a bulb. Complimented by garage man that the car is in good condition for its make and helped drive my car out of their tight drive space Will use again
