Do not use this company! I have been with them for 4 years and recently noticed they had started charging daily interest for late payments. The late payments were due to their admin time in marking the payment against the account. The actual payments were made on time. Contacted them and they advised me to pay a few days early so they had time to process it. THE DUE DATE IS THE DUE DATE!!! Paid over 100 in interest over 3 months before I realised.

Having been a Pitney Bowes customer for 5 years now, I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to avoid dealing with them. They charged us when we moved business address. They charged us every time they alter their shipping rates (50-60 just to download their franking machine shipping-costs update). We've moved to PPI now and I couldn't be happier to stop dealing with Pitney Bowes.
The least professional company i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The account management is inept, billing is inaccurate, leasing is incomprehensible and inaccurate, support and service is worthless and the response to enquiries is either late or ignored. I have dealt with them for several blue chip organisations so God help SME's!
To put it bluntly, horribly incompetent and moronic halfwits would be too nice a thing to say about the company as a whole, let alone their customer service and management teams. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Im a customer of Pintey Bowes for 3 years, I have never received adequate customer service, even when my funds disappeared from my account they are not reacting on this. Avoid !!!
