They know how to make tiles. They do not know how to operate a business. UPDATE: Mismatched colours; RUINED a no-expenses spared refurbishment of a dream flat (saved all my life and at 52 was finally able to do it properly). Orders not delivered in full, tiles delivered broken, items missing, delivery dates agreed in writing then no delivery takes place, waited over several weeks for tiles to come from Spain as run out in UK. Then same tiles arrive however with completely different colouring; bathroom ruined as schedule of tilers now finished and no more time to rip up and replace. Over 5,000 spent on this JOKE of a company. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN.
Bought a kitchen from Porcelanosa. Very impressed! as usual my expectations have been met,what a product, stunning! More than reasonable customer service, where possible resolution in first instance , where not possible I felt communication a priority and queiry resolved as efficiently as humanly possible

This company is shockingly awful. I spent nearly 10k for two of my bathrooms back to March 2018 (Cardiff store). They sent me one DAMAGED SECOND-HAND unit to me in June 2018(Which late than they promised) I have attached some of the photos which you can see how awful the condition it was. After back and forward discussion. I finally received the replacement middle of September that is nearly 6 month since I placed the order. They promised the discount due to the delay and inconvenience. But so far I haven't received any money off or apologise (I did contact them, even forward the email which they sent me back to July and promised the discount). They send me the toilet seat, but the toilet pan is still not delivered. It is just ridiculous. Why would I need a toilet seat without a toilet pan? It takes way too long to deliver the product. I couldn't wait any longer and have to source somewhere else. Therefore, I requested to cancel the transaction and asked for my money back. It has been two weeks since I asked for my money back but I still haven't received anything. No-one contacts me with apologies or turns up to pick the toilet seat and damaged unit as promised. You can get much better quality products and price and service from somewhere else..... I have to contact Trading Standards. If they are still ignoring my request.
