Their prices are good but overall insurance is expensive
Sixt is my favourite because of many reasons, let me just name few as per my experience: *they accept international driving licences (mine is from South America) *Customer service is very ok, and they help to solve issues (once they charged me more because of a typo mistake, and when I claimed for them to check, they rectified and sent me the money back) *Cars are nice, new and fancy (once I book a regular sedan, and they gave me an Audi for the same price) *So far all the info regarding the rental has been transparent. The contracts are clear and easy to understand. *They return the deposit back, in the agreed time (which is extremely useful and gives a good overview of a company) Highly recommend!
Good customer service on arrival, very happy with the car. Extension of use was very easy to complete with online log in. Telephone customer service we’re also prompt and helpful. Thanks, I will use you again.
The friendly and helpful representative looked after me really well. He couldn't have been more helpful - this very welcome as I turned up half an hour after they were due to lock up. (He was great - whoever is in charge of the website that says \5pm close\ when it's now 3 pm could have caused me 1M and 1 serious problems.
