Somax Fitness has a wonderful vibe, with lots on offer, including spin classes and body conditioning, which have been put online during lockdown. Every class is different and the instructors are fabulous at keeping you motivated. There is a wonderful community feel at Somax. I highly recommend joining in. There is a suitable class for all levels of fitness.

Excellent friendly, community-focused little gym. Indoor cycling classes, but also other cardio, resistance and personal training available. And Dan knows a lot of stuff about a lot of stuff, so that helps. Great place to start your fitness journey. Highly recommend.
