Car went in for a repair under warranty in Spring 2020, it was completed on time and great service as I've always had. However, a few weeks later, I discovered parts missing from the boot wheel well. I was promised replacements but they never materialised after I made several calls. I then get a phone call to book for a service & MOT when it was due, the last was 3 weeks ago and again a promise to resolve was given but again I never heard back! There was NO reason to gain access to the boot for the repair or to use the parts that went missing. Maybe it is a genuine error but the fact that is has not been rectified does not give confidence or good customer service after the complaint was made. *** Now has been resolved, came home and they had delivered the parts. It took a while but satisfied. A huge thank you to the lady I spoke to, I didn't catch your name but sorted it in 6 hours for me! ***

Went in for a routine recall. From start to end the process was smooth. Booking was easy over the over. On the day arrived on time, the lovely lady explain what would happened and a rough time of collection. But said would call me when my car is ready. Received a video of the health check and was notified when it was ready for collection. Very happy with the service. Thankyou

Very good and efficient service. Called to get a cost for part exchanging my car which was very competitive, told Danny what car I was looking for and he found what I was looking for straight away. This dealer And technice is very unprofessional. I left the car to replace the clutch master cylinder. I asked to check the rear brakes because they are working noisy. After repair the clutch did not work well but the technician said it was Ok. I asked about the rear brakes and said that they checked the whole car and the brakes are functional They say the rear brakes is “good condition”, we didn’t find any defects. I still hear bad noises from rear, And I went to another workshop What the mechanic showed me scared me and prohibits me from driving. This is what brakes looked like. I could die on road

Really helpful staff,everybody says hello when you walk in and they don't chase you around hassling you, once I was ready Mr Hill took the time to look with me to get the right car I wanted, if you dont see a car in the notts branch they will look at other sites and get the car brought to Nottingham for you. Nice clean and Covid safe showroom. Paper work was straightforward and quick, Adrian explained everything. The call back a couple of days later to make sure your happy was a nice touch for person centred. Really happy with my new clean car!
