We were met with a warm welcome at show room covid precautions in place as it was cold outside we were allowed to wait in showroom to complete paperwork paul was very polite he explained how the car worked, my neighbour who took me there from Ipswich was I believe now going to change his motor To a hybrid hoping its a hyundia. This my 3rd hyundia and a wee bit smaller than my last two 1 trajet and i800 enjoyed taking it home very comfortable and quite ,will recommend Bristol Street Motors to my old taxi driver in mates.

I was attended to by Carrie; she was amazing. Very friendly & polite. She explained what had been done in detail, & in a way I could understand (given I know very little about cars). My car was given a surprise, & much needed wash that I didn't expect (was so pleased with that). A driver was sent to pick me from my house which I appreciate. Only down side was it took a whole day for my car to be fixed instead of the 4 hours I was told. Wasn't too bothered though coz it was my day off work so didn't need the car urgently. Overall I was impressed with the service. Thank you.
