Can only speak for my own experience. Purchased a used Hyundai Mansfield recently. Mark and Steve were very friendly and helpful, transaction went smoothly. Unfortunately the car wasn’t for me, so I exercised the 14-day money back guarantee. Daniel and Michael tried to find an alternative solution for me (understandably) but in the end I preferred a straight forward return they honoured it without any hassle. I dealt with Michael at the dealership who was especially polite and professional. I commend Bristol Street for their policy and I would buy from them again.

Just bought a new car from Bristol Street Motors Hyundai in Mansfield, and i have to say, it was probably the easiest and quickest car purchase i have ever experienced. Can’t heap enough praise on Gareth Griffiths who made it all happen so smoothly. Due to current circumstances, everything was done via email and phone, which was a bit strange, but it actually made it less of a hassle. Gareth gave me a brilliant deal on the car, and made no complaints when i caused problems with private plates! Highly recommended.

Just bought a new car and had it delivered by these guys. I dealt with Magdalena who was extremely friendly and professional, and sorted out a very smooth and simple transaction. I did have a few minor bits I was unhappy with with the car, but Martin sorted that out promptly for me. It's been a lovely experience purchasing from these guys, will definitely go again for my next purchase, and would recommend to my friends and family, and to anyone in the market for a new or used car. Not the best time to buy a car in lockdown and use click and collect but everything went well and the sales person Naglis kept me informed all the way, i would have liked a normal handover but he did his best. I still have things I do not under stand but when the showroom is open fully again they have invited me back for a Q/A time.

Update Jan 2021. Whatever you do, DO NOT get an extended warranty, they charge you 126 just to put the thing on a ramp and have a look about... That's not a warranty by any means. Took mine back early Jan for a banging noise and squeak not 2 months after I bought the thing and after 3 weeks and 4 different trips its still not been fixed. I've only just been offered a free courtesy car which apparently I should've been offered from the beginning as I've not long bought the thing... and even then they didn't have any available so it was pointless. You try to make a complaint and all you get is a 'sorry' from management. I've spent over 40 on transport to and from the place lost out on DAYS of pay due to it being unsafe to drive and it not being fixed. Also had multiple appointments changed and wrong parts ordered so far for it still not be fixed. Again great place for sales and buying the car but anything more than that, don't bother. Lauren who is finally helping after being ping ponged around 3 other people is great, but it seems as though the rest of the staff at least on the warranty/service side of things don't care as long as they can get more money out of you. Pathetic. October 2020. Great place, went in to look at a car and got approved within the hour and the car was delivered the very next day, all with 0% interest and a years MOT. Ask for Gareth, he was extremely helpful and did everything for me as fast as he could and answered every question i could think of.
