We were greeted at Nissan by Courtney, he gave us all the details and the time best to phone him. Courtney was extremely professional and courteous with everything with Everything over the telephone due to Covid . Our car was ready for us in under a week. I truly recommend this dealership! I received a swift reply to my initial online enquiry and in no time at all had a detailed video of the car sent over to me. Karl was my main contact and he was genuinely helpful and very personable and kept in regular contact with me throughout the whole process. I spoke with Hasan in his absence who was very knowledgeable and also Omar, who assisted Karl with my purchase. There was never any “oh he’s not here / call you back” etc - seamless communication between the 3 of them so I was always able to speak to someone promptly and they knew who I was / what car etc which was a notable difference compared to other dealerships I had spoken to. It was nice to actually receive decent customer service! When we went to collect the car we received a warm welcome from Omar and the collection was really straightforward. Car was in great condition and cleaned to a high standard. Their follow up after the weekend was appreciated and I would not hesitate to use them again.

On the 1st September, I picked up a new Nissan Juke. It is so much better all round compared to the previous Juke model. The sales person I dealt with, Jordan Harris was brilliant throughout the transaction process, very informative, helpful and very efficient. He got me a great deal. This is my 4th brand new car now from the Northampton Dealership and every staff member there is extremely friendly and helpful. Previously I have dealt with Kirsten, who was amazing and worked extremely hard to get me a fantastic deal on my Qashqai. I cannot praise Kirsten enough!! Jordan Harris has now got me a great deal on my Juke and again, I was so pleased with the professionalism and support given. If your looking for a new car, either brand new or second hand, I can highly recommend visiting Bristol Street Motors, Nissan Northampton if within the area. I won't go anywhere else for a new car!
