In a world of TERRIBLE customers service left and right of you.. the leather store stands out with AMAZING customer sevice...they have set the bar. I wish EVERY business used their customer service as a training guide for their customers. First, I ordered a purse hoping it was big enough and the right color. Very skeptical. - the purse was amazing, genuine leather perfect color and great size. Second, I had prepared myself for a long wait since it was coming from UK. - in came in 2 days. Lastly, unfortunately the zipper on the outside broke, I contacted them expecting to either not hear from them at all or it take so long I forget or hear from them and not hear good news- when in fact they contacted me the next day telling me they were happy to send a new purse right away. They are amazing SO UNBELIEVABLY HAPPY WITH THEM. Strongly recommend them for all your leather need
