Tucked away on side street with no sign from main road, easy to miss. Good prices and range of building materials. Shop inside has large range of tools, paint, hardware, fillers etc

Bought railway sleepers and a ton of South Cerny chippings. The delivery guy, Kevin, was a real star. He went the extra mile to put the bag of gravel just where I wanted it.

Dare I say that this is by far the best Travis Perkins in the whole of Southmead.

Ordered 2 fence panels and paid for them. Waited and waited for a confirmation. Had to phone up to see if order was ready. Turns out they had none in stock, although when the order was placed and money taken, there was. So had to go to Southmead branch instead. Restrictions inplace ( understandably) but nobody there to point me in the right direction. I walk into office, near the entrance, only to be told I shouldn't be in there! Went to collect order and 1 of the 2 panels was damaged. Very poor experience!

This shop really doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I've been to all TP shops around Bristol and got deliveries to a lot of my job sites. I know the materials cost more on average but they get the job done. Today I went to this shop to get some sand and cement. The person inside told me to get a ticket from the worker outside, and then to come back in to pay for the order. I was made to wait in the rain as two workers wanted to finish moving some timber from a pallet rather than serve me. After 4 minutes of getting soaked, I asked for assistance again, but the worker just replied to go inside and finish my purchase without the ticket. I tried to explain I was told to get a ticket from him first without success. Then my colleague came over and asked why we were waiting. After explaining what happened, my colleague said we should complain. Seeing this, the worker shouted across the yard he was ready to help, but by this time we already decided we no longer want to buy anything from this shop or be served by this ignorant man. I was annoyed with how we were treated, so I decided to go back inside and talk to the person behind the counter about my experience, but didn't get much of a response from him either. Maybe they're a bit lazy, or so overworked that they have no time for good customer service, or listening and responding to a complaint.
