Ordered some burgers and chips in the hope that this would be an exciting edition to our local takeaway scene. Unfortunately after patiently waiting for 2 hours our food never arrived. I called to ask what was going on and was met with someone very difficult to understand who promptly hung up on me. Continued attempts to call back with no answer. Can't speak for the food as I never received it but I wouldn't recommend at all based on the ordering/customer service experience.

When I went to collect my order, most of it wasn't ready, and they claimed they hadn't received it. Showing them the confirmation email and the money taken from my bank account didn't help. Add in the fact that the staff and other customers weren't wearing masks, and I certainly won't be going back.
