Did an appalling job having turned up late with only two of the promised three ‘engineers’ and their ‘latest innovative equipment’ was a couple of Henry’s and mops! We requested a Deep Clean (having recently had some building work completed). I’ve included some example photos of their work (the worst ones are before the attempted remedy, but all the 'look how dusty this wet wipe is' (after a couple of minutes running over thing that should have been 'deep cleaned') photos were after their second visit. We did not want them to attempt to remedy the situation, as the work was so inadequate it gave us no hope that it would be done to our satisfaction. However, they persuaded us that they would send two different engineers who would stay until we were completely satisfied. When they arrived (again late) their first words were ‘We have to be finished by 12pm as I have a funeral to get to’. There was clearly more work than the time they had, but we let them do what they could. We were then asked to inspect the work and pay the outstanding invoice (having paid a 50 deposit). We could clearly see there were still issues, so told them we would take the matter up with their managers. They pressured us to pay the remaining bill but we refused as we were still not happy. After they left, we discovered they had damaged our brand new sofas. It also took a whole week for the downstairs toilet floor to dry and the damp caused paint to peel and plaster to crumble. We offered the managers a further 50 for the extra 5 hours of work, but only if they had the damage repaired on their insurance. We heard nothing back, then received a letter a few weeks later from debt collectors threatening court action if we do not pay. If we could leave zero stars we would! Use at your peril.
