Jo’s classes have been the highlight of my week. An hour or so in the most peaceful and supportive environment where you can have a workout of the mind and body in the company of others but also completely in your own zone. Jo is fabulous at enabling everyone to find their own personal level of challenge. She generates an atmosphere of calm and kindness in her classes which helps to neutralise all the stresses of the week. Thanks Jo

Excellent and friendly classes, with clear and precise. Instructions. There are plenty of modification alternatives, for those that might need them, thus making the classes suitable for a wide range of abilities
I really miss yoga with Jo. Roll on September. Her classes benefitted me physically and mentally. In these days of Covid, we all need a little calm.
