Don't recommend at all terrible customer service don't answer the phone or emails. Wish i checked other reviews before buying. They get negative reviews removed as the was more the other day.

Ordered an item through amazon, days late. Saying it’s been dispatched clearly not, contacted Reid outdoors finally got back to me and said they were taking a claim up with dpd as they had lost my item. so then I contacted dpd and they said there was no such order so clearly their lying. I’m still yet to hear from Reid outdoors and still yet to receive my item!
I’ve placed an order on eBay and he didn’t bothered to post it(probably was out of stock) I’ve then left negative feedback and opened a case to get my money back and he suddenly remembers that needs post my item, which he did..with tracked delivery, all good BUT SURPRISED I’ve received and EMPTY package only with wrapping paper inside. The seller said that he personally picked and packed my parcel so is no way that the parcel was empty. My item was only 4.20 so I don’t care if don’t get the money back BUT what kind of human you can be to do this??? In my opinion this is theft. He could easily told me that the item was out of stock ,refund the money and all was fine. Avoid this shop When I've checked his reviews here on google I saw that he used this empty package scam before. Very strange way of doing buissness
Ordered a seeland rifle case arrived 2 days later.. For me it was the perfect online buying experience and can't understand other reviews saying item never came. Cheers Reid Outdoors
Ordered a scope on their eBay site, but item was initially never dispatched. All messages ignored, including two of them where I asked for cancellation and refund 5 days after I should have received it and I told them it was too late. Seller still dispatched it two days later, when it was too late for me. May very well have a nice shop, but I will never order anything from there again. Item was returned exactly as received (box unopened) and delivered back on the 18th. Now it has taken an interesting turn when seller 8 days after receiving it back (!) falsely claims box came back empty... empty boxes don't weight 879g. Be warned!
Ordered via amazon, and given tracking number. It should have arrived but nothing turned up, on checking tracking it apparently went to Tyneside and i live in kent. I have emailed the company and got zilch reply, very poor service. Still dont know if it will ever get to me. Hopeless company, knows absolutely nothing of customer service. An acknowledgment reply, would have been something but no reply to e mails is not acceptable. Update: The item has arrived, albeit later than expected. Product was in good condition, but poorly packaged, but it survived. More upsetting, still no acknowledgment about the problem from the company. Poor show Reid outdoors. Shame really as you have some good products, but i will have to wonder if i would use this company again, still no reply to my review or e mails.

An excellent new company. I used them for the first time in May 2018 when I was forced to replace my trusted ancient Hardwear chest waders, opting for a set of Scierra X-16000 Waders. They were keenly priced in respect to other online sites, and as a bonus, this company also offered a ” 10% off on my first order”, which was a welcomed bonus. Having received my order, the company were quick to send out a very friendly welcome email, which again was a very well thought out customer service move. This in turn was followed up on subsequent days by updates on my order. Delivery was on time, well packaged and the product did not disappoint.....typical Scierra quality and design - a pleasure to wear. I would have no hesitation ordering again from this site. They genuinely made me feel a welcomed customer.
