High cliff on the South West coastal path. Quite a steep walk up to it from the coastal path from the southerly direction but well worth it as the views are amazing on a clear sunny day. If you are heading north then just a bit further along you get to Sharkham Point which has more great view of St Mary's Bay beyond. There is also free parking at Sharkham Point car park, which is well worth knowing.

The coastal path between Mansands and Sharkham Point over Southdown Cliff has very steep accents and descents and is very uneven and can be slippery in places when wet. Abundant wildlife to be seen. It is a popular route for walkers. The access to Mansands is a narrow path down from Southdown Farm where there is very little parking.
