Well, used local facilities and good quality local natural products. Unfortunately, staff are not always polite or helpful. Customers are more likely to help eachother out if needing assistance as staff appear to be otherwise, preoccupied or busy stocking their shelves and leaving their customers together with queries they have amongst themselves. Not, friendly or helpful but if you enjoy self service and know interaction from other people..its the place to be. Great local access to neighbouring shops and good local amenities.

2 stars is me being generous and giving benefit of the doubt, as it looks as if they have a lot of variety, but doubt I'll be going back. I have been here twice and both times were stressful and confusing. I've read other comments, as far back as 2 years, of staff being rude and unhelpful. There is still a severe lack of communication, signage, customer service etc etc etc... If anyone from Brixton Wholefoods reads these, I hope they take onboard what people are saying, because it's a shame to not be able to support a local business like this. There isn't a complaints procedure or an email address to write to, which is a bad sign. I would like to put my experiences in writing, and be taken seriously rather than be met with rudeness like what happens when you're in the store. I would like to help, in the hope the feedback might improve and resolve the issues a lot of people seem to be having. But oh well! Looks like they don't want to listen. Just go somewhere else I guess, that's my advice

Shocked to read some folks opinion of the staff in this shop. I have been shopping here for more than 20 years and no one has ever been rude to me. Rather, the staff here treat people the way they treat them, like most Brixonians do. Any query I have ever made has been answered fully, the staff couldn't be more helpful. If certain people choose not to go back I am sure they will not be missed. Here's to 20 more years Brixton Wholefoods!

Their customer service is shocking, they are so unhelpful and rude. We were told off just for waiting to access the herbs area when there were 2 people with no mask and no gloves touching all the products with their bare hands. Not coming back
