Yesterday it was the trial for the reopening of Nando's and we had a really good experience. I think the new order system is perfect, you just order from the table, you don't have to be queuing at the counter and you just need to download an app and you have all the options in your phone with pictures includes. The staff was really nice and very attentive with us, even when we ordered everything together they brought the food in order, in the perfect time (starters-main-desert) and filling our glasses up every time when empty. I am living in London and if I come back to this area I will definitely to come back to this restaurant.

When is Nandos not great?!
Great place! The virtual queue system is very good. And you get a text when your table is ready. Service is always quick, I've never felt like I've had to wait very long and ordering is all done on your phone at the table
Ordered via Deliveroo this evening. Food came very quickly so give them credit for that. Sadly the food was terrible. The chicken had obviously not been seasoned or even had a drop of the peri peri sauce. The chicken itself was flaccid and had clearly not been grilled (for some hours at least). Rubbery, discoloured skin and loads of gristle. It was genuinely inedible. Since found out this restaurant only has a one star food hygiene award. In hindsight, glad didn't eat it. Annoyingly Deliveroo would only offer a part refund. Broccoli and halloumi for dinner...yay. Have to avoid this Nandos.
