Fantastic place for families, couples and individuals. Dog friendly place. The long stretch beach can occupy thousands of sun seekers, perfect please to relax. Water temperature was good 18C. Highly recommended

I went there for a weekend break before the new lockdown. It's really a very beautiful beach and very well maintained. You have to visit there for yourself to experience it. There's even a tidal pool too.

We had great day out at Viking Bay seaside, small sandy beach, great scenery, coastguard watching. Local car park near the beach, 12 for whole day. Toilets available at the beach, lot's of restaurant near by.

It's not the Med, but its a lovely little beach in a pleasant seaside town. Sand, sea and (if you're lucky) sunshine. 100% worthy of a day trip or weekend away. Lots of nice beaches and places to visit nearby so you could probably stay longer and find plenty to do.

I love Broadstairs. It's a gem of a place. I am yet to explore the other beaches but Viking is nice, sandy, the seaweed does collect near the promenade to the left ...otherwise if you go to the right the beach goes quite far and definitely great to explore. It can get windy so a windbreaker is always a wise move but easy to carry. Enjoy Broadstairs, I look to spending more time here, especially in the Summer time.

Lovely beach with amazing views! Though, it was difficult to find parking, hard to social distance and tbh smelt of sewage... *TIPS: 1. Toilets (by the Tartar Frigate) was disgusting; no toilet paper and needs a good clean. Bring your toilet paper and anti-bac wipes 2. Book ahead if you plan to dine at any of the nearby restaurants

It was busy there today, which is great to see for the local businesses. We managed to get a jacket potato for lunch, walked along the lovely sandy beach and finished up with a yummy ice cream
