Kilbride Farm was where we stayed although they seem to have lots of properties. I always like to leave positive reviews, but we're struggling here! It spoiled our holiday and our daughter could barely sleep! The games room was a handy addition. The house is old, tired and needs a good deep clean. The excessive deposit, which took forever to return (a couple of days should be easy these days) not 2 weeks, implied a clean it yourselves or lose your cash rule - thus saving on employing a cleaner? Bring a dog indoors and you'll lose your deposit. It was pretty blunt, which wouldn't have been so bad had it actually been clean. The living room carpet was covered in dog hairs plus a half-eaten pack of biscuits and an easter egg behind the couch. Skirting boards were thick with dust. The showers were dirty and 2 out of 3 dribbled rather than showered. Woodlice crawling about the house was a bit of a surprise - especially on your pillow, in the bathroom, on the kitchen floor every morning. A major problem for our daughter who was freaked out by them. Kitchen poorly equipped - 3 mugs for a house that can sleep 10 people? Two single duvets on a double bed? Light fittings hanging loose from the ceiling?

A warm spacious and well appointed house with lovely sea views. Having two sitting rooms and three shower/ bathrooms is very useful. We had a great week over New Year.

Many thanks. We had a wonderful holiday in a beautiful well equipped house. Everything we needed was there. The island lived up to expectations and there was no rain. We hope to return some time.

We just spent a week in The Apartment On The Bay. Wow, what a fabulous view. The property was well appointed too. Loved it. Only negative was that there was a wasp nest somewhere nearby so we were bothered by them. Apart from that, we bloody loved it.
