In my opinion this company is appalling and needs to be dealt with by the regulators. I tried to cancel my policy on the day of purchase (I have a statutory right to do so within 14 days). Basically they make it impossible by providing no means of contacting them - phone number was inoperable, automated email response referring you back to a web page which contains the inoperable number.

Wouldn't touch these guys with a barge pole. Will be complaining to FCA & PRA about them. Washed their hands of any policy. Basically the policy is ok unless something actually happens. Good luck after this all clears up folks. Hopefully your stolen enough money from people to get by.
