Do not use this company, they are completely unprofessional and rude. I rang them as our boiler had broken and we have 2 small children - I asked specifically if the engineer would wear a mask and gloves as we have clinically vulnerable people in our family and was told yes, they would wear full PPE. The engineer was supposed to come 3-4pm. I rang at 2.45pm to confirm and was told they would be here at 4pm so we had our 2 small children leave the house. It got to 530pm when the engineer showed up. He didn’t have gloves on and there was no evidence of him using alcohol gel. I asked him politely if he would be able to wear gloves as his office had stated that he would, to which he said he didn’t have any, I then offered him some that I had ready in case. He told me he thought he had some in the car. He then left and never came back! I rang the office after 15 minutes of waiting and they told me he’d gone as he didn’t want to wear gloves and wouldn’t come back - leaving us having waited all day in a house without a boiler and with 2 small children! Be very wary of this company

This is an excellent service all round from this company from my first call which was answered in a friendly helpful manner followed up by a job well done by a very efficient plumber who left everything very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this firm!
Despite contacting this company at short notice they came out as soon as they could and solved my plumbing problem very quickly.The plumber was very friendly and did his job well and the cost was reasonable would recommend them anytime.
Had problems with the central heating and wanted to get it sorted in time for winter. The serviceman quickly identified the problem, explained it in detail to me, and got it fixed and running properly. Very grateful for his work!
If you want a quick fix this local plumber set me up with a new system of radiators about two weeks ago I'm an elderly gent and used to work in the building trade He didn't cut corners or waste time He just set up the house fast It's great to get that one job finished before winter sets in
