This company carried out a repair to my garage door in February 2017 and I was very happy with it. They supplied 2 handsets. This year one of the handsets broke and I rang the company (spoke to Mel) and asked whether arrangements could be made for someone to replace it for me. I was unsure whether I would be able to configure it myself so asked whether the engineer could come round, or whether I could be given instructions on how to configure it if it was posted to me. She kept saying she would get back to me, but never did. Recently the switch on the wall in my garage used to open the door broke so I rang to ask whether someone could come and fix it., and at the same time deal with the replacement handset. She promised to call me back, but did not. I left a voicemail asking her to contact me, which has gone unanswered so I have now given up and am going to use a different company.
