Elaine is polite, quick to respond and readily available if I need to change dates / times etc. Izabela who actually comes to clean is efficient, polite, always smiling and leaves our property looking wonderful! Really happy with the service, thank you both!

My family and I moved to the area a couple of years ago. In that time, we have tried half a dozen different cleaners/cleaning companies. All were good, but would miss a number of bits that made me feel I may as well have cleaned myself in the first place, and often would end up doing the whole house again anyway. I came across Elaine Cleaning Services after reading a number of recommendations on the Next Door app. Throughout, Elaine was professional and responsive. Her team today have done an incredible job in cleaning. Their attention to detail has been by far the best of any cleaners we have ever used, getting behind all furniture, little cubbyholes that every other cleaner has missed, skirting boards, and the list goes on. All this on the hottest day of the year in 30 degree hear. I have now requested a regular cleaning call with her company. Thank you Elaine and your team.
