This company tried to get in touch with my mother but decided I was the best person to call for some strange reason so hassling family members who have nothing to do with the issue at hand. Figured out what they were calling for and it seems they are not updating their payment records frequently enough. Chasing a missed payment which was paid a week ago! Talk to your clients more and you won't waste the time of people who have absolutely NOTHING to do with you or your business. Shoddy.

I just wanted to pay this company ICON the compliment they deserve for the manner they handled my outstanding account with a local hospital. After falling on hard times and at the worst possible time of the year, I'm being chased and even threatened by a few debt collection agencies if I don't pay in full and charges over some other debts and need to know who regulates this industry as one even left a message at my work about a debt I owed and wanted to know if this was legal. It certainly isn't ethical!! But when explaining my circumstances to ICON they were understanding and even said I could pop along to their offices to discuss the debt in private with my paperwork and go through the options I have to save me going to the CAB. Sadly I didn't get the name of the girl I spoke to but if I'm going to pay anyone first, it will be this company ICON and not the BULLIES getting brave behind their phones. Rant over! Mark M
