Quite new clean, and very friendly staff, we use it quiet a lot.
Rude reception staff, refuse to let you buy swimming tickets at 11am on Saturday even though the website states 11am opening. Told not until 11.10am which only gives me 5 mins to change 2 young children who are desperate to go swimming. Won't be coming back again, I'd rather drive to somewhere better equipped and with polite staff!!
Good atmosphere, friendly staff. Alert lifeguards keeping an eye on things. Only problem is the male urinals was blocked which wasn't a pleasant sight or smell. But was sorted pretty quickly. Kids enjoyed it though.
We like the swimming pool and soft play, but it's normally very busy.
