SKODA YETI - I found the whole process of finding a car for my Father (who is 85) simple and easy. The salesman I dealt with ( a big thank you to Gareth Williams at W.J. King) guided me through the process with efficiency and clarity, communicating on a daily basis until we collected the car. It was especially helpful during Covid-19 restrictions to have a salesman who was happy to help with all the questions and issues we had. I can recommend the team at W.J. Test drove two cars (new Leon and Ateca) back at the beginning of December. Had the pleasure of dealing with Gareth, who, even though he knew that I would probably be leasing a vehicle and not buying directly through the dealership, could not have been more friendly, welcoming and professional. I will be coming here for all my servicing and any other accessories I might need based off this experience!

Gareth was absolutely amazing. From start to finish of the whole process he was fab. Helped me exchange my car and found me my new dream car, and the whole thing took 3 weeks. He’s professional yet super friendly and down to earth and I will be 100% returning when I want a new car.
This was just a quick visit for a test drive, but they were very helpful and had taken great care over coronavirus safety, such as cleaning cars, restricting numbers, use of clear perspex screens at desks, use of masks and disposable gloves when driving etc. Very good sales manner, not pushy, with facts and figures to hand, and helpful advice.
