Went today to buy a new machine for my wife. Spoke to owner yesterday regarding a specific model and was treated with nothing but honesty and advice. He even recommended a cheaper machine for what we needed. Totally happy with service and will be back in the future. The man knows his business and didn’t try and sell me something I didn’t need like some other places. From my experience I’m a totally happy customer. It’s a shame that some people feel a need to write bad reviews after one unfortunate experience. Life is different at this present time and sometimes tempers flair. They get 5 stars from me from my experience

My husband ordered threads and paid for next day delivery. 8 days later he rang and got a very disrespectful and rude person who refunded his money with out apoligy but with an attitude of not bothered you would think in these difficult times they would be glad of the business. Shocking never use again
