Brought a car a few weeks ago, staff were not at all pushy, and happy for us to do test drives there and then. There were a few minor hiccups, but the staff were great and got the car to us two days earlier than planned. Left very happy!

The chap on the desk wasn't too interested probably because I wasn't buying a car. Matt the salesman who helped me was great which is why the overall experience has gone up to 3 stars.
100% spot on, dropped car off at 830 service done by 12. Car washed aswell when I picked up. Well done All Saints.
Terrible service throughout !!! Not bothered in the slightest if the customer has an issue or if something goes wrong. When I first purchased my brand new car in 2017 I had a problem with my roof lining. Which was covered by the warranty on the vehicle it was taken in by this garage for the work to be carried out and it was atrocious. It was covered in oil stains, the corners where crushed and had a visable crease mark. Not what you would expect from a garage like Vauxhall whom just sold you a brand new car. Previously to this the sales team couldn’t do enough but as soon as I had this problem no one wanted to help or even resolve this matter. There was a terrible burning fuel smell coming from the car which was simply dismissed with a laugh. I remember talking to the manager nick daynks in regard to resolveing the issue with the head lining he was obnoxious, rude sarcastic and disrespectful. The reason I haven’t left a review sooner was the soul reason was I took the attitude they weren’t worth my time. I believe in second chances, so I gave them one. A couple of months ago I had a fault with the locking system on my car. I rang the garage and was greeted with the ever so familiar sarcastic rude service from all saints Vauxhall. I choose to take my business else where. I understand this garage is a franchise. I just feel that Vauxhall have got a bad egg here. There customer service need a serious overhaul ASAP.
Had my car serviced here numerous times and they are great staff, polite and always complete the works required on time.

Their own staff are leaving 5 star reviews, for instance M Hurlston (Mathew) who states he bought a new car here and goes on to say how good the sales staff are, is in fact one of the sales staff. My own experience, I purchased a new car from All Saints and dealing with Mathew Hurlston was a pleasure, however it was a different story when faults developed, I found the service department unknowledgeable incompetent rude and insulting, on two occasions I booked the car in and after a cursory look was told I would need to book it in again for a longer appointment, they were unable and unwilling to repair the faults leaving me to have it repaired at another Vauxhall dealer.
Avoid if you don't want to feel threatened. I was visiting with my wife , when the sales manager was publicly shouted and abusing a member of staff, in the full knowledge that customers could see. he didn't care my wife felt scared and intimidated. Even when i complained the general manager didn't care, not even an offer to apologise to my wife. Then when we got home, the service wasn't even carried out correctly, the fan was making a strange noise ( something stuck in it) and part of the dash was hanging out. i returned it and they denied everything. I will never deal with this dodgy car lot again. not much better than the worst second hand dealer in a back street. My wife was left shaken by the experience. Threatening and abusive sales managers - no names but initials S H. Clearly has no respect for customers and a company thats the same.
