This is a friendly well established gym and physio clinic. I have come here because I'm having treatment for an injury to my back and chest. I have received first class treatment from the physio clinic. Which has been linked to the gym with a personal trainer to help me recover by giving me a program which has been designed by liaising with the physio department.

Brilliant gym at a very reasonable price. A good range of equipment and classes. Would highly recommend Laura's and Carla's classes..... they really motivate and push you. I've seen amazing results in the last year but you only get out of it what you put in!
So much to offer.. Loads of classes (with spaces) & plenty of equipment! Unlike other gyms in the area there's plenty of equipment; the classes are free with membership & there are generally plenty of spaces! Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi & AWESOME FREE WEIGHTS AREA. Very reasonable prices & lots included in your membership' Added to this a large 'Women only' dedicated private area for females with plenty of equipment., lifestyle / diet advice from professional staff and LGBTQ Friendly as ALL are welcome. I can't rate the place enough. If you'e looking for a gym in Bromsgrove I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Altered images.
First class service and advice. Made my back pain go away - the hot Yoga is also really good with Rachel.
This is my local gym. Friendly staff and very laid back atmosphere. Only small pool but otherwise good equipment. Few kids so relaxed adult atmosphere.
