I have just participated in a three-day First Aid course with PROMET. I have been on a fair few First Aid courses over the years and PROMET are by far the best company to deliver an exceptional course. The instructor was amiable, engaging, interesting, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and most of all passionate about teaching first aid. He held my attention and interest brilliantly as he had lots of interesting facts, scenarios and real life experiences. PROMET have adapted to COVID and gave us all a numbered kit to use for the 3 days and you used the same kit each day which really put me at ease as First Aid training is just as important to do even during these present times. I wholeheartedly recommend PROMET if you are looking for a company to deliver an exceptional First Aid course as it wasn't just the best First Aid course I have ever been on but the best course I have ever been on in all my years. We used Promet for a course on using the defibrillator. The course was easy to understand, the teacher was engaging, clear and friendly and concise. Everyone on the course agreed that it had given them the confidence to use the machine in an emergency, whereas they may have not confident enough beforehand.
I attended a first aid at work three day course with Promet in July. The trainer was friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. He made a lot of effort to get everyone to join in and the course was interactive and fun. I learnt a lot and, most importantly, feel that I have the confidence to use my new first aid skills if I ever need to. Best course I have been on. Thanks!
