Great shopping experience with super, friendly customer service from Julie on Estee Lauder counter. The perfect host on the first counter inside the store. "Welcome to Brown"s" . Christmas presents for my good lady sorted and gift wrapped (NOT by Rowen Atkinson!) and with a smile. Now what could be in those parcels? No
