I used to use this shop for bike servicing and parts supporting my local bike shop. That was until I took my old rear wheel into be checked to see if it could be repaired as it was buckled. When they stated it was beyond repair they replaced it which was fine. They transferred the inner tube and tyre from my old wheel to the new one but when I got home I saw the tyre was flat. On inflating the tyre I saw it had a slow puncture. It hadn't even been attached to the bike yet so I called the shop to mention it and they suggested bringing it back in. The next morning I took it into the shop. The offered to repair it or replace the inner tube but it'll cost me. When I pointed out that the tyre had been fine before the older gentleman stated it must have had a thorn in the tyre. It's a reinforced tyre so thorns can't get in! Consequently he would not accept it was probably damaged during cross over so I left. Went to Halfords instead. They were surprised at my account and suggested the bike shop should've made good on their work. They've lost me as a customer too. Shame, local businesses need supporting but not with that service I got.

Great Service and very reasonably priced
Ive been using browns motorcycles for over 20 years on and off.theyve always been spot on for me,helpful and always happy to chat! Proper old school bike shop,been around longer than i have.couldnt reccomend highly enough! Get over there and support your local bile shop!
Went into Browns today to get a plug spanner both men were real helpful and took my plugs out for me and put my new ones in highly recommended garage
I won't buy if them again they took 5 weeks to repair a worn out engine and tried to charge me for warranty work and so unhelpfull with my 5O cc kisbee
