Prices have always been reasonable and spent many hours on the service which is clean, saves a lot of time and staff are helpful but not often needed once you have used it a few times. There will frequently be beggars at some stations but they are mostly harmless and friendly if you are willing to give them a bit of time and support

Today my husband and I used underground for first time in about a Yr, we walked up stairs at Buchanan Street station, I suffer from angina, when we got to top I couldn't breath and had to take my heart spray, Lorraine one of the station staff saw us asked if everything was OK, she then went and got a chair and a glass of water for me. We wish to thank Lorraine at Buchanan Station for her help and her caring nature. Thanks again Lorraine from John and Carol xx
Nice subway stop. There is an exit that takes you to Glasgow Queen Street railway station. There are not so many services on Sunday.
The Glasgow Metro while small is extremely convenient with regular train times. The staff at the ticket window where extremely helpful. The stations and trains are clean and quick providing you efficient transport across the city. It is a brilliant way to get fro city centre to the transport museum and other venues. The boards are clearly marked making navigation easy.
Great shopping street, seems to have everything.
