We've been twice this week with the kids whilst on holiday. The soft play is fun for the kids n keeps them entertained for an hour or 2 but was very busy today due to the rainy weather. We tried to call in at 11.00 for a game of ten pin bowls but had to book the next available slot at 16.30!! Understandable due to it being holiday season and poor weather. The staff were good and facilities fairly clean. Thanks.
We had our sons 5th birthday here it was brilliant. The hot food was good and the hospitality was great. The staff were very approachable and friendly. Thank you very much.
Good play area for under 11s, 2p falls and pay to play pool and air hockey for older kids. Ok, but nothing special.
Needs updating. The bowling lanes are constantly breaking. Used to have to change everyday shoes to bowling shoes, this is not the case anymore which is a shame. Poorly staffed, we went for the food and bowling deal. Nothing was presented at the reception when paying for the deal so went over to order the food and nothing was said about having a specific menu when we mentioned the deal again to another person. We ordered and a little while later someone came over to say what we had ordered was not included and we had to pay more. Poor communication. When the food came it was not good at all I would not recommend eating here.
