The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The farm was wonderful with huge open places, animals, large heated pool and lovely views. The owners are very helpful and accomodating. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be back.

Brilliant stay at Woodlands Manor Farm, warm welcome brilliant stay at Woodlands Manor Farm, warm welcome from Ruth and Andy, Grandchildren loved feeding the animals. Lovely cottages, every comfort provided. We made full use of the swimming pool and thought it was a good idea to allocate time slots, maybe something to continue for the future. Can’t wait to return next year

My husband and I stayed in the Couch House for a week with our 9 month old baby, the accommodation was fantastic and they provided everything we needed for our little boy - travel cot, high chair, nappy bin, baby bath and stair gate (if required). The bedroom was huge with lots of windows, we loved the high ceiling and exposed beams. Downstairs the kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need and a lovely welcome tray was waiting for us to help us get set up when we arrived, including some extra treats in the fridge! The indoor heated pool was amazing and we had lots of fun taking our son swimming for the first time, the weather wasn’t brilliant so this was a great way to spend some time most days. Few pointers - there is a small icebox freezer compartment in the fridge which is handy but not mentioned in the ad, there’s only a (large) shower but the baby bath does fit in the cubicle to minimise the splashing! It is a heated stone floor downstairs so I was glad we had a packed a couple of large soft play mats for our son to sit on as he’s just starting to crawl and I was worried about him toppling over. The farm is in a fab location and we had a wonderful time, we will definitely be coming back but will book The Stables next time as more space for a little one that can move! Would also love to come back with family / friends when the weather is better and enjoy BBQ’s and the outdoor space more. There was lot still to explore and we didn’t even try the games room and we didn’t need the laundry while we were there but great it’s provided! Can’t praise the owners enough, nothing was too much trouble and Andy was even kind enough to post 5 baby bottles we had accidentally left behind!

WOW!!! What a find. This complex is amazing. Just back from a one week holiday in the Coach House, this sleeps 2 adults, but there are properties that sleep up to 12 (the Manor House would be great for large families, or even 2 families together). We were looked after from start to finish by Nigel and Adele, nothing was too much trouble, and the welcome pack was most appreciated. Adele makes some great food, and bakes some great cakes. The eggs, bacon and sausages all from the farm were superb. Great quiet location, but close enough for local beaches and for exploring further afield. If you do want to just chill and relax there is the excellent pool, or for the more energetic there is a sports field and games room. There are also some good walks locally. All in all a superb experience. Many thanks Nigel and Adele.
