Really happy with our build a spa product. We saw all the negative reviews regarding the owners previous company failures, we decided to do a little more research and messaged people who had purchased hot tubs from build a spa during the last 18 months. Our hot tub was built on site to a high standard and 2 months in we are really happy with the purchase. I would highly recommend this company

Absolutely thrilled with my hot tub from this company. From start to finish the whole experience has been amazing. We ordered at the start of lockdown after getting a refund back on our holiday and deciding we wanted to treat ourselves. Luckily they had availability in our area (i think we were the last to get this so quickly as i know their order books started to fill up not long after)!! The team stayed in touch throughout our customer journey and we received regular communication such as check in phonecalls and emails prior to our delivery for reassurance. on the day of delivery the driver called to say because the access to our garden was sufficient that he could bring it into the garden alone allowing us to social distance inside the house while it was being installed. from a distance he then talked my husband through the keypad in thorough detail so we knew what we were doing when he left. Even since it was installed the office has been in touch to make sure that we are happy and that everything is ok, and have been on immediate hand when i had a few questions to ask regarding chemicals. i must say im overly impressed and would recommend anyone to use this company. the hot tub has already brought us endless joy during this difficult summer and we are so glad we finally took the plunge. thank you to build a spa and your fantastic team!
Really Happy with our Hot tub, excellent service by Adam and colleague would highly recommend. It’s now 22/10/20 Fast forward ours was delivered 23rd August 9 weeks this Sunday 25/10/20, we have yet to receive a customer care telephone call following instillation to see how things are and any info re service and warranty. Poor aftercare I’m afraid to say.
Before you order, check out the directors (dean thomas Morley) previous companies reviews. Hotpricetubs, tibs2u and londonspas. They all hit the wall because of the volume of court cases, ccjs and trading standard complaints against them. There are forums and Facebook groups set up with hundreds of conned customers. Unbelievable that this serial scammer is allowed to set up another limited company. I don’t know how he can live with himself knowing that he has left so many people thousands of pounds out of pocket.
Another scam from Dean Thomas Morley... Build A Spa is now I believe his FOURTH hot tub company? Build A Spa will soon vanish into thin air, just like HotPriceTubs, Tubs2U, London Spas etc before it. Leaving customers with a rubbish hot tub, no warranty, and claims with the high court against Dean. Do not spend a penny with this crook. Search Build A Spa on Facebook for the group about his tricks, plus YouTube from his appearance on BBC Watchdog. Trust me, as a former customer who was thousands out of pocket, I know.
Joke of a company, cancelled order after waiting 6 weeks, when explained how ridiculous this service was and asked to provide an explanation none was given! No refund forthcoming yet and owner refusing to speak to us so far, AVOID!!!

Quality customer service ! I don’t usually do feedback but I think I need to share this. I saw a few negative comments regarding this company on social media. I was a bit unsure what to do with regards to a purchase. I’m glad I ignored them. Excellent service and customer care from start to finish. I bought the DIY pack. The Buildaspa team rang to check in and make sure everything was going ok. We went for the Zeus which has the latest Gecko equipment and is a quality build. I couldn’t find any other companies who could compete with this company on price. Deffo recommend ! Thanks!
