They bought Magento 2 extension from us and we support them throughout the process. They asked for some changes and we said we like their suggestion and will include this in our future releases. And their technical consultant \Anne Knight\ came back to us with the following response \Then you extension is completely useless to me. I would like a refund please\. We said we are happy to refund the full amount if they can remove our extension code from the website and he never responded and went to PayPal for refund and wrote negative review about us on Google. The funny part is that they are still using our extension code on their website. Please be aware to sell them Magento 2 extensions because they will take your code, use on their client's website and ask for refund.
