Review from a Nurse (Key worker). Yesterday, I went to Buildbase in Barking where I met Steve Field. He provided one of the best customer services that I have ever had. I hired a plate compactor to use in my garden and bought some topsoil. When they found out I worked for the NHS, the staff all applauded me and gave me such a warm welcome saying that they were proud to have a NHS key worker in their store. I was really overwhelmed! I felt really appreciated by Steve Field and the other staff who truly value all NHS staff and key workers for their hard-work. If all key workers received these type of compliments, I’m sure they will feel appreciated and continue to deliver the best care with pride and zeal. Thank you so much Steve and Michael, you guys are great assets for Buildbase.
