Providing products to both professional and DIY builders, this place is not the cheapest but definitely the most professionally run materials provider. Staff are helpful and efficient. You can easily access materials, even cutting them to size on site. They offer a full delivery service. Our recent project had 90% of the required materials delivered to site and expertly dropped outside the shop to be refurbished, direct from their Southgate depot

Recommendation for the check stock availability before you get to the store. Specially if you are traveling from long distance. It will take a few seconds Always enjoy shopping there for a quality product.. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Huge parking area for car, transit and lorry. Best price for building materials and equipment. My number ONE.

This was my first exposure to Builders Depot - I was attracted by the very keen online price for a Grohe shower that was in stock with 2-day delivery (3 reasonable for London to South Wales). Reviews looked favourable, so I placed my order. I was told the next day that it had shipped and would be with me the following day. The due day of delivery - nothing showing on the DHL tracking system. I mentioned this to Builders Depot Customer Services - who said they needed to investigate. I was called back 15 mins later: my despatch notification the day before was an error and that it was definitely going out 'today'. My confidence was restored later that day when the DHL website said package collected. The shower arrived at the advised time the next day - now installed and operating perfectly - a great shower. Good handling by Customer Services, but I have deducted one star for the despatch notification error. I am certainly happy to try Builders depot again.

Massive superstore many departments and usually get what you. Specialist door department upstairs is covid related closed! Meaning you have to do the best you can online. For me this caused an enormous confusion whereby they took the money but couldn't find the goods? However the sales staff in the middle section were very clever and found my order at a different branch which I duely went and retreaved.
