Not the best of days weather wise....a fair size car park with a nice walk on a tarmac path or the grass alongside the river. Fishing and boating allowed...see the sign information on the wall of the clean toilets in the car park.

Revisit the Grow after many years. Still as nice as ever and now has a parkrun. If you are in the area on a Saturday, come along (9am every Saturday). The locals are very friendly
It's a lovely place for a stroll by the river, with a park and children's play area. The flat path is safe for people with mobilty problems and there are benches. You can extend your stroll into a proper walk around Builth. The Groe is prone to flooding during periods of heavy rain, but this is unusual.
Great place to enjoy by the river Wye, sunny day walking the dog.
