Absolutely awful experience. The food seemed very oily and greasy. I ordered the steak and chips with an egg sunny side up. The steak was edible but I found it very oily. And the egg had no sun. Where was the yolk???? Very basic food and not worth the price advertised. And the worst bit was the service. The man who took the order came to us 5 mins after we got our food and said that we need to hurry as there’s a bigger party coming soon and they need their tables to be clear. How disrespectful. Bullring steakhouse....I know a better 8 letter word starting with bull.

Worst experience ever. They completely got our order wrong. The order arrived an hour and half later cold. Some food we ordered was missing an they over charged us. When we went to complain to the bus, we had the worst customer service. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE! We saw other people come to complain about their orders. Would not recommend.

Very overpriced for a takeout.. ordered a steak burger meal, plenty of drink in the can.. plenty of cheap fries, but very little steak in the burger, a bit of a dissapointment given I had to wait ages as well. Sort it out, or customers wont come back, a good business thrives on repeat custom.
