A quick pint before my daughter's wedding. The bar staff were very helpful when the groom suffered a minor wardrobe malfunction! Very friendly and good service. I spotted a sign of the wall that could have been designed for the occasion! I should have just read it out instead of my speech.

First time in this pub, not at all impressed. The staff was completely unfriendly couldn't be bothered to greet our group not even a \hello\ even though we were clearly not your regulars and no before you make the excuse, you were not busy it was just the he couldn't care less. Consider your staff is handling drinking glasses etc. Standing answering our questions and scratching his head is absolutely disgusting and not washing his hands after well what else can I say. I recommend you spend some time on your staff training. Customer service and a good food hygiene would be a good start. I don't expect much as a customer just a decent customer service and cleanliness.
