I had a lovely experience, the receptionist Jen was very helpful, took my temperature and sent me to seated. I was only waiting a couple of minutes when I was called in. Laura and her assistant Lauren were wonderful and carried out my dental work quickly and efficiently and made me feel very comfortable. Thanks so much.

My fiance visited the practise today. And I must say it is disgusting what they going there. They made her wait 2 weeks just to tell her that they are sorry but they give her a check up appointment by mistake and give her an other appointment for January. She can't eat anything. They said they could do a single filling for 3x95. Absolutely disgusting.

Today on my 44th wedding anniversary instead the highlight of my day was visiting our local dentist ,oh my from when you walk in the door your greeted by the most helpful lovely receptionist's ,for me going to have treatment in my younger years was scary not anymore ,I met the most amazing Dentist Taha what an absolute pleasure to meet ,also the Nurse helping Rachael the dentist talked me through every step of my treatment today I was at ease from when I sat in the chair from having xrays to having a fitting for a gumshield then having a tooth extracted ,no fear whatsoever , Actually I think I've gained some lovely friends today whom I wish a wonderful Christmas every single person that works there , may the New year bring you all love ,laughter and happiness XXXXXXX

I went in today to have an xray and discuss what options i have to treat my dental problems. I went to see Magda who kept on saying i can go back to my country where they did my previous treatment or go back to my country to have my dental problem sorted. I have an unusual name which DOES NOT MEAN I AM NOT FROM THIS COUNTRY. I walked out due to this and wont be returning. No one should ever ever assume what country you are from just because of their name!!!! DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR!
