Used a couple of times via drive through since it opened. Both occasions the burgers were only warm, the fries portion's were tiny and we ordered white coffee and got black which was undrinkable and my wife normally loves black coffee. I love Burger King normally but shall avoid the Lowestoft outlet

Whilst out shopping with my wife and son we decided to go and have something quick to eat. We chose Burgerking, big mistake. The burger buns were falling to bits the fries had lots of black bits and the tray I collected it on needed a good scrub. In the dining area was a large pool of water and all the bins were overflowing and tables were being used as a dumping place for all this unwanted food and there was plenty of that. I shall not be going back The whole place looked it needed a good clean.
