Not friendly or professional; the dispatcher got my address wrong and then a sulky driver called and told me off as he couldn't find it, well that's because such address doesn't exist! He then ordered me to go outside and stand on the road, obviously no sat nav in that old chrysler. They act like they are doing you a huge favour showing up for a job.
Brilliant service quickly came to my rescue.
Do not use. Taxi booked for transfer to airport didn’t turn up. None of the numbers provided on the website picked up when called, nor Skype or WhatsApp. Led to a lot of stress to make alternative, beyond last minute, arrangements. I’d rate ‘zero’ if I could.
