Burnham-on-Sea High Lighthouse

This lighthouse is on private property but the owners allowed us to photograph it when we asked. We did not go up in it though. I was able to get shots of it from a few directions this one being in their back yard where the lighthouse is. It is not hard to get to this lighthouse as it is quite tall. It is well cared for. We stayed the night nearby in a B&B. We have found that going after something that is diffused though-out a country is a good way to see and understand people from their locales because we are approaching them on familiar ground. Sometimes it can lead to great leaps of understanding.
