VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THESE GUYS!! Go to Afforable Skips Burnley... i got a bigger skip for less than half the price!! Blackburn Skips Ltd lied about details of an order of mine and destroyed paperwork demonstrating they made a big error with my order! I cant say strongly enough how poor the customer service is here! Dont use them!!

Really bad service with this company. Had delivered a skip before round the back of my property and informed that a permit would not be necessary. The next skip that I ordered with them for the exact same location was taken only AFTER A WEEK without anyone even calling me to inform me in any way at all. It cost me over 200 I rang them after taking a day off work to load the skip and was told that the skip was moved because of the council and that there was nothing that they could do (never had that happen before and had overy 5 skips there)... I understand if that may have been the case but at no point prior was I made aware that this would ever be an issue, if it was I wouldn't of had the skip located there or would have paid the permit etc. I've now lost out on 200. The lady that I spoke to on the phone didn't offer any kind of reimbursement for the fact that the skip had gone a week early or in any way try to help or explain why they hadn't even bothered to call to let me know at least which is just poor service. The woman on the phone just hung up on me after chuckling to herself because I was understandably frustrated. I've had at least 4 other skips here before with absolutely no problem. -A simple phone call to let me know the situation would of helped! -You should inform your customers better about when a permit is needed!

Very helpful with advice on our restricted access, very quick collection once we had finished with the skip. Not the cheapest, but worth it for the lack of mither.
