Only called in for some sports socks. This is the kind of place that only employs young people and probably only pays them the minimum wage. Whilst I got what I wanted the level of customer service wasn't too high. Younger customers probably wouldn't think that this was a problem.

I came into store to collect an order, I purposefully came at a quiet period. However I was met (face to face) by one of the staff members who then asked me to hold and sign on the electronic device. When I mentioned about the public should not be constantly touching this type of apparatus. His response was, there is hand wash at the door. I am very disappointed and I don’t feel like I want to return whilst there is still a worldwide virus around

Since today was ruled out by sir boris Johnson said that all working staff to wear mask is compulsory. I didnt see any staff including maneger was not wearing mask when i asked why not wearing mask they said we dont have to. So bad of their service and safety.

As to other JD sports this store is on the small side. But still sells the same style clothes as the rest do. Nice selection of trainers at the rear of the store.
